Making IsoGen Available

IsoGen is a program that allows users to generate their own IsoStar scatterplots. It is installed as a part of the IsoStar server software.

IsoGen is located in:

   /net/storage02/export/scratch/isostar/ISOSTAR_V2.2.2/isostar/isostar/bin

where /net/storage02/export/scratch/isostar/ISOSTAR_V2.2.2/isostar is the location of the isostar software directory.

You may wish to make an alias for IsoGen:

   alias isogen /net/storage02/export/scratch/isostar/ISOSTAR_V2.2.2/isostar/isostar/bin/isogen

or include /net/storage02/export/scratch/isostar/ISOSTAR_V2.2.2/isostar/isostar/bin in your PATH.
