Configuring Firefox for IsoStar

1. Start Firefox
2. If you have a previous association for IsoStar Files (e.g. an old version of the IsoStar Client):
   1. Select Edit and then Preferences.... A pop-up should appear.

   2. Select the Downloads category in the pop-up window.

   3. You should see a list of File Types recognised by Firefox. Remove the entry for ISTR
3. To associate IsoStar files, select any scatterplot link from the IsoStar web pages. Select Open With and click on the Browse button.

4. Navigate to the run_isostar script that is in the bin subdirectory of either a Cambridge Structural Database installation, or else the bin subdirectory of a stand-alone IsoStar Client installation. Click on Open and then OK to complete configuration (check the "Do this automatically from now on" box in order to avoid having to repeat this process).
